In order to build Syron, we have been able to devisify our products to stay ahead of the international markets we hope to lead the way at home.The purpose of this prospectus is to raise additional funds from investors to provide for the expansion of the Company’s principal activity of providing our Australian Brand of Electronic and Electrical Products internationally with the ability to open 7 stores internationally and in Australia.
The funding will be used under loan portfolio secured by registered mortgage over real estate we currently have in Australia and with the properties we will purchase included in the purchase will be several types of buildings from commercial to a small resort for our shareholders and staff to enjoy the rewards of our companies expansion.
Our Purpose is to link these stores together to combine into one massive super chain of stores for international distribution to our local and foreign customers, with these smaller investments, we can for see a larger return on our investments, also see us into a stage where we can move to high cost areas to increase revenue. First we need to continue to build the phenomenon that is Syron. Properties that will be included in the purchases are listed below and in our limited prospectus we have lots of work to come and I hope you can see us grow and come with us on our expansion plans internationally.
The remaining capital with be invested in short term medium risk investment and used to purchase products for our Wholesale Customers Internationally. Being able to use this as a line of credit to our distributors, we can also establish a small credit facility which leads us into much larger financial positions.
The assessment of the investment risk includes multiple considerations, central to which is the performance and financial position of the Company itself. A variety of factors can impact on the risk of loss of capital or interest. When risk is assessed, consideration needs to be given to the Company’s experience, reputation, asset position and financial performance.

The Company primarily invests funds raised in small companies and investment firms managed by Macquarie Bank. Credit risk includes the satisfactory management and ongoing performance of these portfolios which can be influenced by factors outside the control of the Company.
