1. How long before you receive your purchase?

Depending on the product, will depend on how long for delivery, the majority of our products are delivered to your door, with the cost included in the price, unless outside of our distribution area, although we can deliver to almost anywhere in the world, there maybe a freighting cost increasing the cost for delivery in certain isolated areas.

Generally delivery days are the first and the third Mondays of the every month, upon delivery day being a Public Holiday than delivery will be on the following working day.

2. What happens if you haven't receive your product?

Depending on the issue, but generally if we have not contacted you 3 working days after the second delivery date, than I would like to apologies in advance. But in case we have not  contacted you please email us or call us on the  details provided.
